Introduction

Welcome to Emergence Telecommunication Solutions LLC. By using our services, with Emergence Mobile, Emergence Phone, and Emergence Wireless Internet you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services

Emergence Telecommunication Solutions LLC offers mobile phone services, VoIP phone services, and wireless internet services. The specific terms and features of each service will be provided at the time of subscription.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

Account Registration

Customers must register for an account to use our services. Accurate and complete information must be provided during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Payment and Billing

Billing occurs on a monthly basis, and is billed the seventh of each month. Billing commences upon the customer’s receipt of the equipment or services. We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified on our website. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination. A Late fee of $10 will be applied on the eighth of each month.  If the bill has not been paid in fourteen days, the unpaid bill will result in service suspension or termination and will result in a reactivation fee per service. 

Use of Service

Services must be used in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Any misuse of services is prohibited. Unauthorized resale of services, spamming, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary disruptions.

Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service, with or without notice. We will notify customers of significant changes.

Service Termination

Customers may terminate their service at any time by contacting customer support. We may terminate or suspend services for violation of these terms or for non-payment. Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be due immediately.

Privacy Policy

Our use of customer information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Limitation of Liability

Emergence Telecommunication Solutions LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold Emergence Telecommunication Solutions LLC harmless from any claims arising from their use of the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Hawaii. 

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Hawaii. 

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Customers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
